About Me
It all started with a book.
It all started with a book.
"Be All You Can Be" by John Maxwell. This book changed my life. After reading it over and over again, I decided to put many of the principles mentioned into practice. I took time for personal growth and began to discover my gifts and talents. Soon thereafter I was being called to speak and present workshops in many parts of US and overseas. For over 15 years I traveled and learned more about myself, my purpose, my passion and in the process I was able to motivate and encourage others on their own personal growth journey.

Why I do what I do
Because I know what it is like to be "stuck". I know what it is like to want to reach your potential. I know what is like to overcome challenges. Because I understand, I care about your personal growth. And because I care, I decided to be trained by the very same person who inspired me to be the best that I can be. John Maxwell became my mentor and coach, not only through his books, but personally through his certification program. Equipped with the tools provided along with personal growth experience, I am now able to help others be the best they can be. This is my passion. This is my joy. This is my purpose.

Born on the island of Puerto Rico, my family and I traveled to New York when I was seven years old. It has been 52 wonderful years on this earth that I have been able to experience life and grow through what I have gone through!
My favorite past time now is spending time with my two beautiful grandchildren. What a beautiful experience this is!
I currently work as Human Resources at my local school district. Working in the school district for the past 20 years has given me the opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and face each challenge with a positive mindset. The lessons learned I share through my public speaking, workshops and coaching moments.
I strive each day to leave a legacy to my family and friends of what is like to live with purpose, passion and perseverance.

As a child I had a dream of using my gifts and talents to encourage and motivate others to be the best they can be. Through my personal and professional growth journey, I have been able to make this dream come true. I have been blessed to travel to many parts of this beautiful world to offer words of inspiration and hope while equipping others with the tools necessary to assist them in their own growth journey. I'm thankful to those who made a positive choice to use their gifts and talents, such as Dr. John Maxwell, to add value and motivate others through their writing and speaking. I have been told many times that I would not amount to much. I'm so glad I did not believe this! And if someone has told you the same thing, you should not believe it either! God has designed each of us with so many wonderful gifts and talents and has called us to let them shine. I help others discover those gifts and talents and how they can live towards their full potential and make a difference.
